We are located in Neptune Beach, FL just West of SR A1A (3rd Street) in the beautiful Atrium medical complex. We specialize in Family Practice, Internal Medicine and offer a wide array of in-office diagnostic tests. Dr. Ondrejicka, Dr. Young, Nurse Practitioner Shirley and our entire staff  believe that high quality state-of-the-art health care can be delivered in a cost-effective way while still providing the personal touch of old-fashioned medicine.
